A standard crane consists of crane driving, lifting and control mechanism with standard parameters. In order to facilitate operation and servicing of the crane, we offer assembly parts for ABUS crane: remote radio control, lighting and load setting systems, anti-collision equipment (devices) of cranes, switch-off limiter of cross type.

We may design and manufacture mobile frame cranes of light structures, intended for work in premises where there are no bridge cranes, and loads need to be transferred from one place to another. The above cranes are mobile, as they may be pushed over (with the help of wheels) to the place where the load needs to be placed. The above cranes may be completed with electric chain hoists (load-lifting capacity ranges up to 2 t).

RADIO REMOTE CONTROL   Radio remote control enables the operator to feel free in moving, provides possibility for choosing the best field of observation at the crane operation area and use time in the most effective manner. Radio remote control systems offered by ABUS are completed with control levers or a compact transmitter. This radio remote control is also suitable for multiple operation of several cranes working in parallel.
LOAD SETTING SYSTEM   It is also called ABU Control system. This is a universal load setting and evaluation system connected to 380 V voltage. The system may be completed of: load limiter (LIS-SE), load limiter display displaying the weight of the load being lifted and load registration device after pressing control switch.
LOAD SETTING SYSTEM   LIS-SV: this load indication system functions the same as LIS-SE system, but load measurement sensors are also adjusted for the measurement of engine current. This system is an attractive project for systems with several hoists total weight of all hoists must be limited. This system provides particularly exact measurements. Load may be displayed on control panel display or on a large load limiter display.
CRANE ANTI-COLLISION DEVICES   These anti-collision devices consist of photo-electric remote control system protecting cranes from an accidental collision. When two cranes approach each other within a set distance, a slower speed of the crane is switched automatically. Crane stop function, when the crane is completely turned off, may be installed in the device as well. We may provide anti-collision devices designated for servicing of cranes working in minimum distances or in other special projects.
TURN-OFF LIMITER OF CROSS TYPE   May be equipped both across and along under-crane track, at the end of which the crane or the hoist are slowed and stopped automatically. These turn-off rules may also be applied if the operation of crane and hoist must be limited at a forbidden working area. The circuit breaker is controlled by turn-off controls that may be mounted on under-crane track or on crane girder.
MOBILE FRAME CRANE OF LIGHT STRUCTURES   Load-lifting capacity – up to 2 t. Height – up to 5 m. Width – up to 7,9 m. The width of crane operation area depends on the weight of the load being lifted: the heavier the load is, the smaller the working area is. The undercarriage is with 4 controlled brake wheels and 2 of them are with a stopper of 90°. The crane may be completed with any ABUS electrical chain telpher. An optional mobile control is available for the crane. In case of necessity, cranes can be disassembled easily. Electrical current for the control of the hoist is taken from the place, where the crane is located.
